Welcome to DACBY Technologies Private Limited ("DACBY", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, services, and any transactions or interactions you undertake as a buyer or seller through the DACBY platform.
By accessing or using any part of the DACBY platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept or fully understand any clause, please refrain from using the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement to use DACBY. By accessing the platform, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.
To use certain features, you may be required to create an account with DACBY. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account will be considered your responsibility.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or DACBY's internal policies. Prohibited activities include:
DACBY offers professionally tested and quality-checked pre-owned products, which may have cosmetic signs of use. Each listing includes real images, condition grading, full specs, and warranty details. Please review all information before making a purchase.
All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment methods include UPI, credit or debit cards, wallets, and DACBY Coins. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
DACBY reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, payment fraud, stock issues, or suspicious activity.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Standard delivery takes 4 to 7 working days from dispatch. Same-day or next-day delivery is available in select cities and will be shown at checkout. Remote areas may take up to 10 working days. For more details, see our Shipping Policy.
DACBY buys select products from individuals subject to condition, model, and current buyback pricing. By listing or selling a product, you confirm that:
DACBY offers three ways to sell your product:
Free Pickup: We arrange a courier to collect from your doorstep within 1 to 3 business days at no cost.
Drop Off: Ship the product to our address or drop it off at our office directly. Write your Order ID clearly on the outside of the box before sending.
Instant Payment: Our executive visits your address, inspects the product on the spot, and pays you immediately.
For Free Pickup and Drop Off, payment is processed within 1 to 2 business days after the product passes quality check at our facility, via Bank Transfer, UPI, or DACBY Wallet. For Instant Payment, you are paid on the spot before the executive leaves.
If the product condition does not match the details you provided, we will share a revised offer with clear photo or video proof. Your approval is always taken before any payment is made. If you reject the revised offer, we return the product to you at no cost.
DACBY may revise or cancel the order if the product fails inspection or does not match your submitted details. You will be notified with a revised offer or a return option. For detailed instructions, see How to Sell.
When you sell to DACBY, you can choose to receive payment in DACBY Coins instead of cash. We always pay more in Coins than cash, sometimes up to 30% extra. Coins are redeemable only on the DACBY platform and can be combined with other payment methods at checkout. DACBY Coins do not expire, are non-transferable, and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
Every product on DACBY comes with a minimum warranty period depending on the product category, clearly stated on the product page and invoice. You can extend your warranty up to 1 year at the time of purchase or after delivery via QR-linked offers on your invoice.
The DACBY warranty covers hardware functionality issues under normal use, such as charging, display, boot-up, or connectivity problems.
If a valid claim is raised within the warranty period, we arrange a free reverse pickup, inspect the product, and either send a replacement or arrange a refund. See our full Exchange Policy and Warranty Policy.
Every product on DACBY comes with a minimum return window. Products with a DACBY warranty can be returned anytime within the warranty period. For products without a warranty, the standard return window from delivery applies and will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging, and must not show signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repair.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Our delivery partners will attempt up to 3 delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered, the item is returned to DACBY.
Refunds are issued in applicable cases including cancellations, undeliverable orders, unavailable products, or valid warranty claims with no replacement available. Refunds are credited to the original payment method as appropriate.
By using DACBY, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. DACBY does not sell or share your data with third parties except to fulfill orders, for legal compliance, or to improve platform experience. We use SSL encryption and encrypted payment gateways to keep your information secure.
DACBY is not liable for:
DACBY may suspend or permanently ban any account for repeated fraudulent claims, use of false identity or contact information, abuse of offers, wallet, or warranty services, or attempts to manipulate platform systems or pricing. Legal action may be taken in cases of serious violations.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
DACBY reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies your agreement to the latest version. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
