Standard Warranty Coverage
Every product on DACBY comes with a minimum warranty period, so you are always covered from day one. The exact duration depends on the product category and is always mentioned on the product page and invoice. You can extend your warranty up to 1 year at the time of purchase.
What's Covered
The DACBY warranty protects against:
- Functional issues due to internal hardware failure
- Power, charging, display, or connectivity problems not caused by external damage
- Product not performing as described in the listing
🚫 What's Not Covered
- Physical damage including drops, liquid spills, cracks, or burns
- Intentional damage or misuse
- Software or data issues, and game or software compatibility problems
- Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Consumable components such as batteries, unless the product arrives non-functional (DOA)
What to Do If There's an Issue

- Share your order ID, describe the issue, and attach photos or videos
- Our support team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours
Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and either replace the product or issue a refund.
