- You can choose a convenient date and time for the pickup while placing the order.
π Payment Timelines (City-Based)
- In select cities, we offer instant payment at the time of pickup.
- In other locations, payment is made after a quality check (QC) at our center β typically within 24β48 hours of receiving the product.
Youβll see the available payment method based on your pin code when placing the order.
π¦ How to Pack Your Product (When Selling)
To avoid damage in transit and ensure a smooth QC process:
- Use the original box, if available.
- If not, wrap the item securely in bubble wrap or cloth and place it inside a sturdy cardboard box.
- Include all accessories (chargers, cables, controllers, etc.)
- Seal the box properly using strong tape.
- Ensure the contents donβt move inside.
π₯ We highly recommend recording a packing video before handing the package to our delivery partner. This helps in case of disputes, transit issues, or missing items.
