Welcome to DACBY Technologies Private Limited (“DACBY”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile app, services, and any transactions or interactions you undertake as a buyer or seller through the DACBY platform.

By accessing or using any part of the DACBY platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept or fully understand any clause, please refrain from using the platform.

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding agreement to use DACBY. By accessing the platform, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.

2.2 Account Registration

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account with DACBY. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring under your account will be considered your responsibility.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or DACBY’s internal policies. Prohibited activities include:

3. Buying from DACBY

3.1 Product Information

DACBY offers professionally tested and quality-checked pre-owned products, which may have cosmetic signs of use. Each product listing contains detailed descriptions, condition grades, images, and warranty terms. Please review all information before purchase.

3.2 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated). Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and DACBY Coins. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

DACBY reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases of pricing errors, payment fraud, stock issues, or suspicious activity.

3.3 Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, and up to 10 in remote areas. In some cities, same-day or next-day delivery is available and shown at checkout.

4. Selling to DACBY

4.1 Eligibility to Sell

DACBY buys select products from individuals, subject to condition, model, and current buyback pricing. By listing or selling a product, you confirm that:

DACBY will arrange a free pickup through its logistics partners. In select cities, instant payment is made at the time of pickup. In others, payment is released after successful QC at our facility.

4.3 Rejection or Price Revaluation

DACBY may revise or cancel the order if the product fails inspection or does not match your submitted details (model, damage, missing accessories, etc.). The user will be notified with a revised offer or a return option.

5. DACBY Wallet & Coins

You may opt to receive DACBY Coins instead of direct cash payout when selling. DACBY Coins are redeemable only on the DACBY platform. Coins offer higher value than cash (more coins paid per sale). DACBY Coins are non-transferable and non-withdrawable.

6. Warranty & Return Policy

6.1 Standard Warranty

Most products on DACBY come with a minimum 1-month warranty, which can be extended up to 12 months (total 13 months). Warranty details are clearly stated on the product page and invoice.

6.2 What’s Covered

The DACBY warranty covers hardware functionality issues under normal use — such as charging, display, boot-up, or connectivity problems.

6.3 What’s Not Covered

• Physical or liquid damage
• Software issues, game compatibility, or misuse
• Damaged or missing accessories after delivery

7. Cancellations & Refunds

7.1 Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched.

7.2 Failed Deliveries

Our delivery partners will attempt up to 3 delivery attempts. If undelivered, the item is returned to DACBY.

7.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued in cases (e.g., cancellations, undeliverable orders, product unavailable, or valid warranty claims with no replacement). Refunds will be made to the original payment method or DACBY Wallet as appropriate.

8. Privacy & Data Usage

By using DACBY, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. DACBY does not sell or share your data with third parties except:

DACBY reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies your agreement to the latest version. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
