How should I pack my device for pickup?

To ensure safe transit: Use the original box if available and undamaged. If not, use a box that fits the item properly (not too tight or too loose). Wrap the item well in bubble wrap or thick foam to prevent movement inside the box. Seal the box securely with tape — especially along the edges and corners. Avoid using large or loosely packed boxes. **For all items booked under one sell order, please pack everything in a single box. Using multiple boxes may lead to one of them getting misplaced in transit.** Make a packing/unboxing video before sealing the box: This helps in case of any disputes or transit damage.

When will the pickup happen?

Once your selling order is placed, our courier partner (Blue Dart, Delhivery, etc.) will pick up your device within 24–48 hours from your doorstep — completely free of charge.

How long does it take for my device to reach DACBY?

It usually takes 3–7 working days for your package to reach our quality check team, depending on your location.

When and how will I get paid?

After we receive your product: Our team will inspect it to make sure it matches the condition you selected. If everything checks out, your payment will be processed within 48-72 working hours directly to your bank account, UPI, or DACBY wallet, whichever you selected.

What if there's a mismatch in the condition I selected and what DACBY receives?

We'll notify you immediately with the revised price if: The product has missing accessories. There's major physical damage or it doesn't turn on. The warranty seal is broken or tampered. We'll send you photos and a clear explanation. If you're okay with the updated offer, we proceed with payment. If you're not okay, no problem — we'll ship your product back to you free of charge. Will you deduct anything from my final payment?

Nope — only if the product condition is different from what you claimed. We'll explain every deduction clearly, share photo/video proof, and wait for your approval. You are never forced to accept a lower price, and you can get your product returned free of charge if you don't agree.
