At DACBY, shipping works both ways. We deliver products to you and pick up devices when you sell to us. Here is everything you need to know.
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are picked up the next working day. In rare cases involving high volume or additional quality checks, we may take slightly longer and will notify you proactively.
Standard delivery takes 4 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch. In select cities, same-day or next-day delivery is available and will be shown at checkout if your location qualifies. For remote areas, delivery may take up to 10 working days depending on courier accessibility.
Shipping is free or subsidised on most products. If any charges apply, they are shown clearly at checkout before you pay. No surprises. High-value or bulky items may have additional handling or insurance fees, which will also be shown upfront.
Every product leaves our facility wrapped in airbag or bubble wrap for shock absorption, placed in a sturdy cardboard box, and sealed with tamper-evident DACBY branded tape. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
When your order arrives, record a short video before opening it fully. If there is any damage, a missing accessory, or a product mismatch, this video helps our team resolve it immediately.
We send a courier to your doorstep within 1 to 3 business days. No charges, no hassle. Just pack your product, hand it over, and we take it from there.
Ship the product to our address or drop it off directly at our office. Write your Order ID clearly on the outside of the box before sending so we can process your order without delays.
Our executive visits your address, inspects the product on the spot, and pays you immediately. The whole process takes 15 to 30 minutes. No waiting, no follow-ups.
Payment is processed within 1 to 2 business days after the product passes quality check at our facility, via Bank Transfer, UPI, or DACBY Wallet.
Paid on the spot before the executive leaves, via UPI or Bank Transfer. No waiting period whatsoever.
The payment method available for your pin code will be shown when you place the order.
Use the original box if you have it. If not, wrap the device in bubble wrap or thick cloth and place it in a sturdy cardboard box. Fill any empty space so the product does not move around inside. Pack all accessories in the same box and seal everything firmly with tape.
Before handing the package over, record a 30 to 60 second video showing the product, its condition, serial number if visible, and all accessories. It protects you in case of any transit dispute and helps with faster resolution.
