Refunds and Returns Policy - DACBY
At DACBY, your satisfaction is our priority. While we take pride in delivering quality-checked, pre-owned electronics that work just like new, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. That's why we've designed a simple and fair refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Return Eligibility
You can request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or not functioning as described
- The product is entirely different from what you ordered
- You raised the request within the allowed return window
Return windows:
- Products with a DACBY warranty: you can request help anytime during the warranty period, not just within the return window
- Products without warranty (CDs): 2 days from delivery
- All other products: 7 days from delivery
How Returns Work & Fees
- Email care@dacby.com or use the Help section on the app/website
- Share your order ID, describe the issue, and attach photos/videos
- Our support team will respond within 24โ48 business hours
- No return shipping fees (we provide a free reverse pickup)
- No restocking fees will be charged for any returns
- After inspecting the item at our facility, we'll issue a replacement or refund
๐ฐ When Will I Get a Refund?
We do offer refunds, even though in most cases, replacements or DACBY Coins are faster. Refunds are approved if:
- The product is out of stock and a replacement is not possible
- Your order was cancelled before shipping
- The product was returned due to transit failure (undelivered after multiple attempts)
- There was a double payment or payment error
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7โ10 working days after approval. In some cases, we may recommend DACBY Coins, especially if you want to place a fresh order immediately.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must:
- Be returned in the same condition as delivered
- Include original accessories and packaging
- Not show signs of misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repair

- Cosmetic wear like light scratches (common in pre-owned items and always disclosed)
- Damage caused after delivery or by improper use
- Products reported after the warranty/return window
