Developed by Techland, Dying Light is the next-generation PlayStation 4 horror-infested, open-world zombie game. In a world ravaged by a mysterious Infected virus, the survivors fight to protect themselves against an ever-growing zombie horde. The game takes place in the fading city of Harran, a fictional city in Turkey. Your primary mission as the protagonist Kyle Crane is to infiltrate the quarantine zones and find the missing files of Kadir Suleiman. Along the way you will encounter the 'Infected humans', a nasty mutated breed of humanoid zombies that are almost immune to damage.

The game features an innovative day and night cycle, ensuring that the action in Dying Light is always fresh and tense. During the day the Infected humans move slower and can be effectively managed using an array of weapons such as blunt and sharp weapons, firearms, and even Molotov cocktails. As night falls, however, the Infected become more aggressive and dangerous. You will be able to master various parkour-style movements and utilize a variety of items to traverse the sprawling urban environment.

In addition to the zombie slaying action, Dying Light also offers a strong role-playing element. Players can customize their character with various upgrades such as skills, weapons, clothing, and accessories. You will also be able to team up with other players in up to 4 player cooperative multiplayer to complete daily challenges and build your home base.

The game also features an innovative online system and leaderboards where you can compete against your friends in the zombie slaying arena. You can also take part in other online pursuits such as parkour competitions and fierce zombie races.
