Good packaging is the difference between a smooth transaction and an unnecessary headache. Here is what you need to know, whether you are sending a device to us or receiving one.
When You Sell to DACBY
You do not need to overthink this. Just follow these steps and your product will reach us safely.
- Use the original box if you have it. It offers the best fit and protection. If it is in decent condition, there is no better option.
- No original box? No problem. Wrap the device in bubble wrap or thick cloth and place it in a sturdy cardboard box. Fill any empty space with paper or foam so nothing shifts during transit.
- Pack everything in one box. Chargers, cables, controllers, any accessory you mentioned during the order goes in the same box. Splitting items across multiple boxes risks one getting lost in transit.
- Seal it properly. Tape all edges and corners firmly. Give the box a gentle shake. If you feel movement inside, add more padding before sealing.
📹 Record a Packing Video
Before you seal the box, take 30 to 60 seconds to record the product, its condition, serial number if visible, and all accessories being packed. If there is ever a transit dispute, this video is your best protection. Simple, quick, and worth it.

- Before we pack it, the device is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected one final time. What reaches you is ready to use straight out of the box.
- For packing, we wrap each product in multiple layers of bubble wrap or airbag padding to handle shocks during transit. It then goes into a thick, durable cardboard box built for logistics. Accessories are packed separately inside the same box so nothing scratches the main product. Every box is labelled with clear handling instructions to reduce the chance of mishandling on the way to you.
📹 Record an Unboxing Video
When your order arrives, record a short video before opening it fully. If anything looks off, a damaged corner, a missing accessory, or a product mismatch, this video helps our team resolve it immediately without any back and forth.
