Please note: DACBY sells pre-owned products. Minor cosmetic signs of use like light scratches or faded logos are normal, always disclosed upfront, and do not qualify for an exchange.
Every product on DACBY comes with a minimum warranty period, clearly stated on the product page and your invoice. As long as you are within your warranty period, you can raise a request at any time. There is no arbitrary 48-hour window to worry about. For products without a warranty, the standard return window from the time of delivery applies.
We respond within 24 to 48 business hours.
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we arrange a free reverse pickup. After inspection at our facility, we either send a replacement unit if one is available, or arrange a refund.
The product must be returned in its original condition with all accessories and packaging. Items showing intentional damage, misuse, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible.
📹 Record an unboxing video when your order arrives. If there is ever an issue, this is the fastest way to get it resolved.
As long as you are within your warranty period, you can still raise a request. The warranty covers you regardless of the return window.
Typically 5 to 10 working days from reverse pickup to final resolution, depending on your location and product availability.
